Cancellation Policies
Dog Walking
We understand that plans can change. We don't charge for cancellations with adequate notice.
Overnights and Pet Sitting
Camp Becca is limited in the amount of overnight stays that can be scheduled and when this service is booked, Camp Becca will decline other overnight requests. Clients will be require to pay 50% of cost at time of booking to guarantee service. The remaining balance must be paid at start of service. There will be a full refund of deposit if overnight service is cancelled with 2 weeks notice.
Holiday
Clients will be asked to be paid in full within 3 days of booking in order to guarantee service.
